As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to drive business decisions through rigorous data analysis and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks and audits.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to the management team.
- Identify process improvements and propose data-driven solutions to optimize business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
