Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic decisions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects
