Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced threat detection and incident response for enterprise systems
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing initiatives
- Develop security awareness training for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate on zero-trust architecture implementation
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Document security procedures and incident reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Proficient in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and threat hunting
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys)
- Ability to work under pressure with daily deliverables
