Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across network infrastructures
- Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST and ISO 27001 standards
- Perform forensic analysis on security breaches and document findings
- Manage patch management and vulnerability remediation processes
- Provide security awareness training to employees
- Generate comprehensive security audit reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity roles with hands-on incident response experience
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), and IDS/IPS systems
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows/Linux systems, and Active Directory
