Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools (Splunk/Symantec)
- Lead incident response for ransomware and APT attacks
- Develop and maintain security policies (ISO 27001/NIST)
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on secure cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Manage security awareness training for 500+ employees
- Generate executive security dashboards and compliance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/IR experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC (required)
- Expertise in threat detection (MITRE ATT&CK framework)
- Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR solutions (CrowdStrike/Carbon Black)
- Strong knowledge of network security (Firewalls/IDS/IPS)
