Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced threat detection and incident response for enterprise systems
- Implement and maintain robust security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security policies and ensure compliance with NIST/CIS frameworks
- Lead forensic investigations and security awareness training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using Splunk/QRadar
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC Security certifications required
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize threats
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
