Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and secure network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement and monitor automated backup solutions to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff and end-users.
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management to protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions for business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
