Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers (Linux and Windows Server environments).
- Configure and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, switches, and hardware.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data and assets.
- Perform regular system patches, updates, and disaster recovery backups.
- Provide Tier 2+ technical support and resolve complex incidents for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Bash scripting, and Python.
- Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
