Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) environments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect data integrity.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Oversee daily operations of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing services.
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and routine patching.
- Collaborate with the development team to deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Provide Level 3 support for end-users and resolve complex network incidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are highly preferred.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License (required for occasional on-site maintenance).
