Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise server infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect sensitive data.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy objects.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment.
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
