We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our team in Memphis, TN. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a dedicated IT professional ready to manage our complex infrastructure and ensure seamless business operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and secure network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Provide advanced Tier 2/3 technical support, resolving hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and system audits.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage software licenses and hardware procurement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in System Administration or IT Support.
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, or CentOS).
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and routing.
- CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
