Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server hardware, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and network infrastructure.
- Administer Active Directory, user permissions, and security policies to ensure data integrity.
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and patch management.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux distributions.
- Collaborate with developers and management to implement scalable IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and file system management.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure or AWS) is highly preferred.
- CompTIA Security+ or CCNA certification is required.
