Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers (Windows Server 2019/2022) and Linux environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and scripting languages.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to internal stakeholders and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Participate in IT projects, including cloud migration initiatives and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or CCNA are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
