Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell/Bash scripting
- Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues with SLA adherence
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with ITIL standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy enterprise applications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
