Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and optimize network configurations
- Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise applications and user access controls
- Document IT processes, create SOPs, and provide technical support to end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and security best practices
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
