Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Execute disaster recovery testing and backup procedures
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing)
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- ITIL or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with system diagnostics tools
