Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security protocols
- Oversee backup systems, disaster recovery, and data integrity protocols
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
