Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Linux and Windows).
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, including firewall rules and user access controls.
- Monitor system performance and uptime, conducting regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and patches.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
