Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and implement security patches.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure upgrades and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate preferred.
