Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments (Active Directory, VMware, AWS)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services
- Provide Tier-3 support for system outages and performance optimization
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Document IT infrastructure and compliance standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
