Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Monitor system performance, security protocols, and backup/recovery processes
- Implement network solutions including firewall management and VPN configurations
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with ITIL standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft MCSA preferred
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
