Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with measurable carbon reduction track record
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Proven experience with circular economy and circular supply chain implementation
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Envizi)
- Certification in Sustainability Management (e.g., GRI, LEED AP)
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for sustainability initiatives
