Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ sustainability roadmap aligned with UN SDGs and Science-Based Targets
- Lead corporate ESG transformation initiatives across global operations
- Design circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle management
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Integrate AI-driven sustainability analytics into decision-making processes
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and policy discussions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainable innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Expertise in circular economy principles and regenerative business models
- Strong proficiency in sustainability data analytics platforms (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Experience with carbon accounting and net-zero strategy implementation
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in sustainability (e.g., GRI, LEED) required
