Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation in AI, cloud infrastructure, and user experience.
- Oversee the research and development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our roadmap.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development methodologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical vision to non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading diverse, remote-first teams.
