Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing future market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Deliver executive briefings and white papers on emerging technologies and disruptive forces
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 10+ years of strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, business, and design domains
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
