Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for technology adoption and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Produce scenario-planning reports and risk-mitigation strategies for emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for trend validation
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Maintain a global trend intelligence database and competitive analysis ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published research in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
