Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish a long-term technological vision that aligns with business goals.
- Architect Future Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, cutting-edge systems to support anticipated market demands.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, strategists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI on R&D initiatives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, or executive management roles.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
