Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify key technological trends emerging by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level strategic visions into concrete product and operational roadmaps.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, focusing on emerging markets such as quantum computing and advanced biotechnology.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the adoption and impact of future technologies within the organization.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate assumptions regarding future tech feasibility and timeline.
- Present complex strategic data to stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative format.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, AR/VR, and quantum computing.
- Proven track record of influencing executive leadership and driving organizational change.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of unstructured data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts to non-technical audiences.
