Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed to withstand the demands of 2026 and beyond, including edge computing and quantum integration.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead the R&D initiatives for next-gen algorithms, focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and compliance standards to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless interoperability with new AI models.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing them successfully.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
