Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting advancements for the 2026 timeframe.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including generative AI, transformer models, and neural-symbolic computing.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into technical specifications and actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and driving innovation in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders toward a common technical vision.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning paradigms.
