Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning company goals with actionable milestones.
- Lead high-level stakeholder management, including C-suite executives and board members, to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Identify emerging market trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in our 2026 product suite.
- Oversee cross-functional project management to ensure the timely delivery of key deliverables leading up to 2026.
- Build and mentor a team of strategic planners and operations managers.
- Conduct rigorous scenario planning and risk assessment for the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic management, consulting, or executive program leadership.
- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar strategic transformations or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic insights.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences from technical teams to executive boards.
- Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
