Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) on long-term goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to forecast industry shifts and identify high-impact opportunities for the 2026 cycle.
- Lead high-level stakeholder management, including executive reporting and board presentations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale organizational transformations or multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
