Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 vision, aligning engineering goals with long-term strategic objectives.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into core products.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments to identify risks and opportunities for future growth.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Oversee the deployment of cloud infrastructure and edge computing solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or machine learning leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
