Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Manage helpdesk tickets and document resolutions
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocols
- Train on Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for immediate start
