Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to validate fixes and improvements
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data documentation
- Perform regression testing on new releases and critical bug fixes
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct usability testing to enhance user experience and accessibility compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation testing
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
