As a key member of our engineering squad, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining high-performance web applications. We are looking for someone who is passionate about clean code, agile methodologies, and solving complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring 99.9% system uptime.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of database queries and application logic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and one or more backend languages (Java, Python, C#).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
