Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software code for our core platform, ensuring zero downtime.
- Execute critical system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks during designated weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA engineers to troubleshoot complex issues and implement features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain high code standards.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and documentation to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as required by the role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
