Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core platform.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues during high-traffic weekend operations.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Agile methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% system uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java (React, Node.js, or AWS experience is a plus).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.
