Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go/Python
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for weekend deployment windows
- Lead feature development on our B2B SaaS platform
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, AWS WAF)
- Collaborate with UX designers on weekend feature launches
- Resolve production issues during on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS/GCP) and containers
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems principles
- Experience with weekend shift operations preferred
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack projects
- Ability to work independently during weekend rotations
- Certification in AWS/GCP or Kubernetes a plus
