Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Weekend Operations: Monitor system health, troubleshoot critical incidents, and perform maintenance tasks during assigned weekend shifts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and reliability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code stability and reduce bugs in production.
- Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose solutions to enhance our technical stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C#) and familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to debug complex issues and provide scalable solutions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
