Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead weekend sprint planning and deliver high-quality code following CI/CD best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
