Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for weekend release cycles
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Document technical specifications and maintain clean, scalable code
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/Python/Java)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
