Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our weekend maintenance cycles.
- Debug and resolve critical system issues and performance bottlenecks outside of standard business hours.
- Collaborate with the Product and QA teams to plan and execute weekend sprint releases.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure maximum uptime and stability.
- Document technical changes, architectural decisions, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergent technical issues during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Must be available to work a dedicated weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday/Sunday or Friday night/Saturday).
