Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Optimize backend systems for 99.99% uptime and sub-200ms response times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker
- Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues using advanced debugging tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Python development
