Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python/Java
- Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with CI/CD automation
- Lead API development and microservices architecture integration
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Spring)
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects with scalability focus
