Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test software features with a focus on stability and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting for production systems.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment pipelines on weekends.
- Analyze code and identify bottlenecks to optimize application efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Document technical requirements and architectural decisions for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
