Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Maintenance & Support: Perform rigorous debugging, code reviews, and maintenance on existing systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams to define technical requirements and deliver features on time.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to security protocols and conduct code audits to protect sensitive data.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for new features and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Programming: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Tools: Strong command of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Schedule: Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
