Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement microservices architecture on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Write clean, testable code with CI/CD pipeline integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Java
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices patterns
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficient in Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
