Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems supporting 24/7 operations
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for weekend deployment cycles
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot production issues

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP services and microservices architecture
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Expertise in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
