- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural sessions
- Drive security best practices and DevOps automation initiatives
- Resolve complex production issues with proactive monitoring tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and containerization technologies
- Strong background in CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Experience with microservices patterns and event-driven design
- Certification in AWS/Azure or equivalent cloud platform
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
